I'm grateful to be involved in a diverse mix of professional entities (Public/ Private Sector/ NGOs) with multiple roles & positions, which helped me learn the commonalities between these entities in terms of Managerial Challenges regardless of the field. In my Professional Life, I saw how Staff Empowerment is significant, as many tasks were outsourced but the outcome doesn't consist with the organization's culture. Tasks were also assigned internally but as additional projects which led eventually to postponing them.
