Welcome to my Professional Website !

My name is Amna Mabrouk, and I am a Management & Administration practitioner with a keen interest in the field of Management. My focus areas include Leadership, Planning, Project management, and corporate excellence . I hold A:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration (Management,  Management Information Systems, Entrepreneurship) from Qatar University- School of Business & Economics. Doha- Qatar 

  • Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). United State

  • Certificate of completion (Forward Program)- Foundational Consulting Skills. Mckinsey & Company.

  • Certificate of completion- Social Entrepreneurship Program. Babson University. United States.

  • Certificate of completion (Mustashar Accelerator Program)- Foundational Consulting Skills. Partnered with the Saudi Management Consulting Association- KSA.

How it started ..

I worked in the Public and Private sectors in Qatar, volunteered for Non-Profit organizations also I'm a Co-Founder of a Professional Association. During my career journey that started in 2012, I held roles in Administrative Support, Project Coordination, Managerial Planning, and Managing/ Organizing Professional Events. I was fortunate to work in the area of Project Management, Operations, Finance, Corporate Excellence, and Strategic Management in different Industries including Construction (Engineering Consulting), Higher Education, Training & Development, and Event Management.

 

Working closely with various departments: upper, middle, and support levels gave me the opportunity to see how companies function & business is run, how employees work/ communicate, how decisions are made/ implemented, and how ideas come to reality as a service or a product ready for the end-user. I learned about what may hinder Executives/ Managers also what can confuse or frustrate employees/ affect their performance. Overall, these roles have given me the capacity and confidence to work with different groups of people, which acquires me great communication skills. Moreover, I am keen on Continuous Education in various Management topics, especially those related to Corporate Excellence, Leadership, Project Management, and Planning.

Being involved in a diverse mix of professional entities with multiple roles helped me learn the commonalities between these entities in terms of the Managerial Challenges regardless of the field. During these career experiences, my Managers & Colleagues found that I possess proactivity and initiative traits with other organizational skills through which I can solve problems, develop initiatives and implement them individually or within a work team. Not only that, some tasks were part of my role as an employee. Whether it's an initiative or an assignment, the outcomes were praised by my Managers/ colleagues, which encouraged me to design this website and raise The level of all my skills and knowledge to provide them as a customized Professional Service that serves the client's needs. As I saw in my Professional Life that many tasks were outsourced but the outcome doesn't consist with the organization's culture or tasks were assigned internally but as additional ones which led eventually to postpone them.

 

The Website was launched in 2022. In this website, I collect for you several professional services that I'm passionate about. Through this pioneering project, I would like also to support Knowledge-Economy & Skills Economy that depends on Intellectual Capital & skills rather than traditional factors of Production.​
